This high-energy, time-based class blends cardio and strength training using an awesome mix of equipment, including sleds, Concept 2 (SkiErg, rower, and BikeErg), battle ropes, TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, and so much more!

 

Feeling a bit nervous? No need to worry—we customize the workouts for all fitness levels, so everyone can jump right in!​

We’ll turn down the lights and light up the room with vibrant LED effects, creating a fantastic atmosphere for a full-body workout you won’t want to miss! This high-intensity interval training session is all about pushing your limits, blending cardio, weight lifting, and bodyweight exercises to keep you moving and grooving!

WEDNESDAY 6 PM


Get pumped for Leg Day!

Join us every WEDNESDAY at 6pm as we turn the lights off and the LED lights on for an electrifying LOWER-BODY workout experience!  High-intensity interval training class that targets your legs and glutes. It’s going to be a blast!

You’ll mix cardio and weight training exercises to sculpt those legs and glutes, keeping your booty fabulous all year round using  kettlebells, dumbbells, and mini bands!
